Real connection. Real communication. Real-life change.
My therapy sessions are grounded in the CONNECT Framework—a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred approach that places connection, co-regulation and everyday life at the heart of communication support.
This is not about worksheets or “working harder.” It’s about creating real change through the moments that already happen every day—like brushing teeth, playing in the garden, or packing the school bag.
Families often tell me they notice a difference within just a few weeks—from reduced frustration and emotional overwhelm, to more connection, shared interaction and expressive language. Over time, we see accelerated communication progress—not because we’re doing more, but because we’re doing what works.
⸻
What to expect
Each session is shaped by the CONNECT principles:
• Connection first
• Observe and adapt
• Natural routines
• Neurodiversity-affirming practice
• Empowered caregivers
• Communication as an outcome of regulation
• Togetherness
Sessions are up to 60 minutes and include:
• Direct support with your child through play-based, regulation-led interaction
• Time for reflective coaching with you as a parent or caregiver
• Practical, real-life strategies that you can embed immediately into your day
At the end of each session, I’ll share Take Home Messages—clear, simple learning points and reminders to support your child’s communication in the moments that matter most. These are tailored to your family, so they’re not overwhelming—they’re doable, supportive, and designed to fit real life.
⸻
Flexible therapy, designed to fit life
I offer therapy:
• Face-to-face in a calm, welcoming clinic setting
• Online, from the comfort of your home
• Fortnightly, monthly, or ad hoc during school holidays
This is communication support that meets you where you are—not something that asks more from you than you already have.
If you’re ready to work in partnership and create communication growth through connection, I’d love to hear from you.
Parenting a neurodiverse child comes with unique challenges, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. My private, online parent consultations offer a dedicated space where we can work together to uncover the best ways to support your child’s communication and emotional needs.
These one-on-one sessions—available for individuals or couples—are designed to help you feel more confident, calm, and equipped to handle the challenges that arise in daily life. You will receive guidance tailored specifically to your child’s needs, empowering you with practical strategies to foster communication, connection, ease frustration or anxiety, and support language development.
Your journey starts with an initial consultation, where we explore your concerns and create a clear path forward. From there, you’ll have the option to continue with my six-month private coaching program, providing ongoing, in-depth support to help you strengthen your relationship with your child and guide them toward communication success.
These sessions are your opportunity to gain valuable insights, ask questions, and develop the skills to create a more harmonious and fulfilling connection with your child. Let’s work together to unlock their potential and build a future of understanding, connection and communication..
Please contact me to arrange a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your child or young person's individual needs.
I am happy to visit your child or young person at school, nursery or college, observe them during learning time and at free play/breaktime with their peers. This can provide a functional insight into your child's specific needs and mean that feedback and goals can be tailored towards supporting your child in their education setting. Visit includes feedback to parents and school/nursery staff and a written report with recommendations and goals.
I am pleased to offer comprehensive formal language assessments and tailored assessment reports to meet your family's needs. I am dedicated to providing accurate evaluations and valuable insights to support your child's language development journey. Please contact me for more details.
For those wishing to receive coaching and discussion as part of group this unique opportunity combines parent support and specific training around implementing strategies at home with your child. Sessions are one hour long, held in Harbury and for up to 4 parents...they also include coffee and cake!
I provide in-service training sessions for whole teams. These training sessions can be provided online or in-person, depending on what best meets the needs of your team. In-service training is available for schools, nurseries and any setting that supports children and families.
